Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate
The products offered for sale on this Website are made to a customer specific order. No refunds or exchanges are offered.
You must inspect the goods immediately upon their arrival and shall within three (3) days give notice to The Care Box Co if the goods are not in accordance with specified requirements. If you fail to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the specified requirements. No claim shall be recognised unless made in writing and received by The Care Box Co within three (3) days after receipt of goods by you. The total amount of any claim shall not exceed the actual invoice value of the goods claimed to be faulty.
If your product has been damaged and you have notified us within 3 working days, we will make arrangements for the item to be returned at our cost. Once the returned product is received and reviewed we will work with you on the next available options.
We do not deem faulty or damaged boxes or packaging to be a refundable item.
In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty/damaged product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product, including:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
We, including our directors, partners, shareholders, employees and other third parties associated with running this website is not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this website or the products sold on it.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your care package by the delivery date timeframe, however you agree that we are not and will not be liable for any loss or damage, howsoever arising, if the products are not delivered by the estimated time for delivery.
You agree that late delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order.
It is your responsibility to ensure correct delivery address details are provided to us, where delivery is made to an incorrect address, an additional delivery fee of A$12.95 will be charged to you for re-delivery to the correct address.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and we will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
